Make sure there is enough oil for the pistolettes to be covered. If you want to fry them, drop them into hot oil and let them brown. Now you can bake stuffed pistolettes at 375☏ for about 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.To keep the roll in place, push it to the side of the tray. The nose of the bun is stuck to the same bun with "glue" made of flour and water. Once the filling has cooled, put 1/4 cup of it in the pocket of the bun.Once it's done, set it aside to cool down.
